Danis et Eric, deux amis d'enfance, mènent une dure vie et travaillent sur les docks du Havre. Tout bascule quand, un après-midi, Alexandra, la soeur d'Eric, aperçoit un homme qui vient de récupérer une valise remplie de billets, et décide de le suivre chez lui. Peu de temps après, les trois jeunes gens décident de cambrioler l'homme. Ce qu'ils ignorent c'est que le propriétaire n'est autre que Mercier, un secrétaire d'Etat corrompu, et qu'ils viennent d'entrer dans une inextricable spirale de violence...
